Title: Operational Excellence & Logistics Analyst - Supply Chain Management

Reports to: Manager - Supply Chain Management

Job Function:

• This position uses data analysis to identify and solve SCM bottlenecks, support continuous improvement projects, and develop metrics and dashboards to monitor performance.
• This position is responsible for analyzing and coordinating with end to end supply chain to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• This position works directly Sales operations, Finance, Customer Service, freight forwarders, IT/MDM, Warehouse & Distribution teams.
• This position is an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, validate and review weekly and monthly 3PL/Warehouse freight invoices, and work with the Vendor and Advagen Finance on reconciliation.
• Coordinating relationships and activities with supply chain planning, CMO’s, distribution and service partners through regular, structured communication processes
• Manage and Monitor supply chain partner (3PL’s and freight forwarders) performance identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements
• Responsible to scout and recommend best TMS solution in market, implement TMS at Aim Rx 3PL and integrate with WMS to optimize transportation cost.
• Manage the end to end Reference Samples Procurement, storage and shipment of samples to the required R& D sites.
• Other responsibilities and duties as required/requested
• Tracking and monitoring various supply chain KPIS on an ongoing basis

Skills and Qualification

• A Bachelor’s degree or relevant advanced degree
• At least 1+ years of experience in supply chain operations in the pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrates excellent skills in analytical reasoning with a high degree of skill and accuracy working with calculations and numbers
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry desired
• Ability to work individually, with a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and vendors
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills, including forecasting applications, database management tools, spreadsheet application, report writing and presentation tools
