Job Title: Packager

Location: Holdrege, NE 68949

Shift details: Multiple Shift

Essential Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Follow all company safety rules, regulations, and job safety analysis
• Must complete plant lockout procedures and key interrupt
• Fill and operate the shelf carton erector and clear minor jams
• Responsible for the quality of the product, including but not limited to
• Discarding obviously defective packages, removing and saving syringes.
• Checking packaging for correct count
• Checking for damage to the syringe
• Inserting brochures as required
• Palletizing finished product and attaching the proper pallet card
• Operating a semi-automatic tape machine
• Performing minor duties not requiring mechanical attention

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• High school Diploma or GED
• Read, write, and speak English
• Manufacturing Experience
• No job hopping or unjustified job gaps
• If a candidate has previously worked as a contractor or direct hire, this must be identified in the submitted recruiter notes.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Good hand-eye coordination and repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movement
• Keep work area clean
• Regular attendance
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader and required to support the needs of the business.
