Tittle-Medical Receptionist

Shift to 5 pm Monday to Friday

Pay- $19 /hr to $22/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
• Maintain and update patient charts, electronic medical records (EMR), and other confidential files accurately.
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, assisting with inquiries or directing them to appropriate departments.
• Schedule patient appointments, tests, and procedures using hospital scheduling systems.
• Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and relay information promptly.
• Process patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in compliance with hospital policies.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, forms, and reports for hospital departments.
• Support nursing and medical staff by ensuring required documents and records are available.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and submit requisitions as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and hospital standards.
