Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Ready Mix Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have two full years of verified commercial driving experience, a valid CDL with a tanker endorsement, and the ability to safely operate a ready mix truck in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. This position involves transporting and delivering ready-mix concrete while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of safety.

Pay Rate: $30/hour + OT

Schedule:
Days: Monday through Saturday
Hours: 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:
Operate a ready mix truck in a safe and professional manner to deliver concrete to job sites on time.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational reliability.
Load, transport, and discharge concrete efficiently while meeting customer specifications and quality standards.
Comply with all applicable DOT regulations and safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness of truck and perform basic maintenance checks; report any mechanical issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery requirements or delays.
Follow established routes, schedules, and site instructions to ensure timely deliveries.
Work responsibly in a fast-paced environment, operating safely on roads and job sites.

Requirements:
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with tanker endorsement (required).
At least 2 full years of verified commercial driving experience.
Ability to operate heavy vehicles safely in various traffic, weather, and job site conditions.
Strong knowledge of DOT safety regulations and vehicle operation standards.
Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment as needed.
Availability to work Monday through Saturday with consistent 12-hour shifts starting at 3:00 AM.
Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience driving ready mix trucks or similar construction delivery vehicles is a plus.
Familiarity with local routes and job sites in the area.
Knowledge of concrete products and delivery procedures.

Compensation & Benefits:
