This is an mid-level and critical sales role with unlimited potential . While you don’t need prior experience in roofing sales, we are looking for individuals with sales experience and just the right attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn. If you bring the hustle, we’ll give you the training, mentorship, and support to thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door, referrals, and networking.
• Schedule & perform roof inspections for residential or commercial properties
• Prepare and present professional roofing estimates and proposals
• Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, and insurance claims where applicable
• Close sales and manage the customer relationship through project completion
• A knowledge of how to use a CRM and keep accurate records, track the sales process through the CRM
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure job quality
• Follow up with clients for reviews, referrals, and repeat business
• Represent our brand with integrity, positivity, and professionalism
• Build communication skills that set you up for long-term success in sales and beyond

Experience

• Proven sales experience required, preferably in a customer relations sales role
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends
• Excellent communication skills. Multi lingual a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team
