Job Description

We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join a high-energy, customer-focused team. In this role, you'll support the sales process, engage with customers, and help ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. You will work closely with team members and leadership to drive sales, provide excellent service, and contribute to the department's evolving goals.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a people-centered environment, brings confidence and enthusiasm to their work, and enjoys balancing customer service with sales-driven responsibilities.

Location : Onsite

Schedule : Closing Shift | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person and by phone to assist with product information, sales support, and service needs
• Maintain a customer-first mindset while actively identifying sales opportunities
• Support daily office operations and collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a growing, evolving sales direction
• Use critical thinking to resolve questions, navigate gray areas, and make informed decisions

Qualifications

• Reliable and driven, with a strong desire to contribute to team success
• Outgoing, big personality who enjoys customer interaction
• Customer-centric attitude with a passion for service
• Sales experience of any kind (retail, inside sales, customer engagement, etc.)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proactive problem-solver with good critical thinking skills
• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, able to make sound decisions with limited direction
