Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, with full P&L responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing costs to achieve profitability targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • P&L Management:
  • Develop and manage plant budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Ensure profitability targets are met through cost control and revenue growth.

  • Production Operations:
  • Ensure efficient production processes and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and develop a team of production supervisors, quality assurance personnel, and manufacturing staff.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Quality and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems.

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

  • Supply Chain Management:
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations management with P&L responsibility.
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and quality management systems.
  • Experience in regulated environment (e.g. ISO 13485) is a must.
