What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise daily clinical operations and manage nursing staff across oncology service lines
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and JCAHO/AAAHC regulations and clinic policies
  • Oversee patient care activities including infusion, hematology, and radiation oncology services
  • Implement and monitor Quality Improvement programs, Infection Control, and Safety plans
  • Manage purchasing of equipment and supplies for oncology clinics
  • Develop and maintain clinical policies and procedures
  • Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, care quality, and operational efficiency
  • Manage human and budgetary resources to achieve clinic goals

Required Qualifications:

  • BSN and current RN license in Texas
  • BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
  • ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy or Radiation Therapy Certificate within 3 months
  • Oncology Nurse Certification (OCN) within 24 months
  • 7+ years RN experience, 3+ years oncology experience, 3+ years management experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to travel between centers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in nursing or related field
  • Experience with various accrediting agencies

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
