Job Description:

• Help define the user experience for a data driven product, creating intuitive data visualizations leveraging a third party analytics platform, as well as ensuring target audience can navigate easily to priority metrics
• Partner with Product Manager, engineering and other key roles to identify and design key metrics and KPIs
• Responsible for owning a highly functional, data driven user experience that drives digital engagement & conversion.
• Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Product Management, Engineering, Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising to understand and identify areas of opportunity driven from data, KPIs and metrics

Additional experience:

• Solid understanding of the data industry, including trends, tools, best practices, and functionalities
• Proficiency with business analytics programs like Power BI
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
• Strong data visualization design skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare stakeholder analyses based on our target demographic and initial transactions to optimize stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate with product design team on navigation, design system elements and more
• Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management
• Design mockups for our development team, working within the capabilities of third party analytics software
• Conduct usability tests and create a report showcasing your findings.
