As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems that align with OTR’s strategic goals. This individual will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions that drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business objectives, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor in both internal initiatives and client-facing engagements.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define architectural standards, best practices, and solution roadmaps.
• Assess current systems architecture and recommend improvements to ensure security, reliability, and performance.
• Lead technical planning, design reviews, and code-level architecture discussions.
• Mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence in software development and systems design.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to support business growth and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, especially in fintech-related systems.

What we look for:

• 7-10 years Solution Architecture experience in a heterogeneous environment
• 5-7 years of application development experience
• Experience working with one of the 3 major cloud platforms, Azure, AWS, GCP
• Agile/SCRUM experience
• Strong understanding of business processes and manage shifting priorities
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment based on shifting customer priorities
• Experience and skill working with developers as well as the ability to ask the right questions to get accurate estimates and understand the scope of the projects
• Manage and support system integration testing, UAT, and production implementation
• Solid organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills
