We are looking to a hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in the Los Angeles area to oversee the West Coast region (Including: CA, OR, NV, NM, WA and TX) consisting of 26 stores by the end of 2025.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. They will report to the International People Partner.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their stores and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
  • Develop and release job postings on job boards
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 3+ years experience in recruitment or human resources and/or 10+ plus years in retail management
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with job boards, and databases (LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday)
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, virtual, in person etc.)
  • Experience developing recruiting strategy
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Positive attiude with a go getter mindset
  • Experience with on the ground recruitment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced enviornment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
