Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Support for a medical company in Hialeah, FL. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with managing daily bookkeeping tasks and supporting overall accounting. Functions.
+ Responsibilities:
+ Data entry and maintaining accurate financial transactions
+ Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
+ Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations
+ Prepare and post journal entries
+ Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
+ Resolve financial discrepancies as needed
+ Prepare and issue annual 1099 forms in accordance with IRS guidelines.
Requirements
+ Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel); QuickBooks preferred
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently
+ Standard office hours with potential extended hours when needed
