Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (DOE)

About the Company

A well-established General Contractor based in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. The firm specializes in complex mid-rise and high-rise developments , including multifamily, luxury condominiums, hotels, and mixed-use commercial projects throughout South Florida.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will work closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change order management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract documents
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Oversee project reporting, forecasting, and closeout documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
• Proven experience delivering mid-rise and/or high-rise multifamily, hotel, condominium, or mixed-use projects
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred
• Proficient in project management software (Procore experience a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
