Legal Corner Law Office is a rapidly expanding law firm dedicated to protecting workers' rights across California. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven litigation attorney with a passion for employment and labor law to take on a key role in our legal team. Our attorneys handle a wide range of employment cases — from wrongful termination to harassment, retaliation, and wage disputes. The right person for this role will help lead and shape the future of our litigation team while stepping into a meaningful role with long-term growth potential.

Duties:

• Manage your own caseload of employment litigation matters with paralegal support.
• Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and settlement.
• Appear in state and federal court if need be as well as arbitration and mediation.
• Assist in evaluation of potential cases and providing litigation insight during the early case review process.
• Collaborate closely with other attorneys and leadership as the litigation team grows.
• Contribute to shaping internal workflows and best practices for a growing department.

What We Are Looking For

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• 2+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated skill in drafting, legal research, and negotiations
• Strong communicator who can work collaboratively across departments
• Self-motivated, organized, and excited to grow with a fast-moving team

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
