Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking Marketing and Logistics Coordinator who can speak Spanish or Portuguese. The Marketing and Logistics Coordinator will seamlessly integrate marketing strategies with logistics and customer service operations. This role is designed for a versatile professional who can contribute to both marketing initiatives and logistical processes, ensuring efficient operations and enhanced customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Spanish or Portuguese Language skills

• Marketing Functions:
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
• Logistics and Customer Service Functions:
• Coordinate logistics operations, including shipping, forwarding, and inventory management.
• Manage customer service inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of import/export documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, logistics, or a related field.
• BILINGUAL SPANISH OR PORTUGUESE STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Proven experience in digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Experience in logistics coordination and customer service is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems.

Candidate would be favorably considered if she/he has international trading, import and particularly in export , shipping and forwarding or supply chain management profession, and/or in the international agri-business wholesale/distribution sector . Spanish OR Portuguese bilingualism is strongly considered .
