Nurse Manager, Operating Room

A local Health system is looking for a Nurse Manager, Operating Room for their Operating Room. Are you an Assistant Nurse Manager, Operating Room looking for the next step in your career?

OR a Seasoned Nurse Manager, Operating Room looking for support and an amazing culture to work in?

This a community Hospital that has 9 OR Rooms with around 9000 surgeries per year. Surgeries range from Vascular, General, Orthopedics, Nuerology, ENT, GYN, Urology and Bariatrics.

Nurse Manager, Operating Room

Details--

• Established OR staff that is positive culture and have under 25 min room turnover. Involved unit-based council , they are proud of their involvement and accomplishments.
• Staff have a lot of longevity, wonderful surgeons and leadership- great team!
• The Nurse Manager, Operating Room reports to a Nurse Director OR that is supportive and knowledgable
• There are 2 surgical service Team Leaders that report to the Nurse Manager and have an OR educator.

Nurse Manager, Operating Room (Perioperative Services)

Salary range and Benefits

• Salary range: $105,000 to $155,000
• Opportunity for advancement within large hospital system- growing Surgical Service line

NURSE MANAGER, OPERATING ROOM

REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Nurse that has a Valid NJ and current nursing license.
• Recent Experience in Operating Room for at least 3 years.
• Leadership experience for 2yrs or more as team lead, running the board or nurse manager role in the Operating Room.
