🌟 What You’ll Do:

  • Define and drive product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy.
  • Gather and prioritize user requirements, ensuring a strong market fit and competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with engineering to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust product direction to stay ahead.
  • Build internal and external stakeholder alignment around product goals.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product performance and pivot as needed.
  • Partner with marketing and sales for successful launches and market penetration.

🛠 Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading product roadmap discussions and planning release cycles.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to refine product features.
  • Managing cross-functional teams to meet deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensuring product design meets functional and aesthetic expectations.
  • Creating clear documentation and reporting progress to stakeholders.

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree a plus.
  • Product certifications (CPM, ACPMPO) are highly valued.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Strong analytical, UX, and market research skills.
  • Proven track record in manufacturing or similar product management roles.

💻 Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
