Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - LTC

Location: Utica, New York, 13502 (75-mile radius rule - travel)

Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM

Start Date: 01/19/2026 - 04/19/2026

Job Type: Contract (Full Time)

Pay Details for 40 Guaranteed Hours:

Gross Weekly: $3400

Taxable Weekly: $2160

Stpend Weekly: $1240

Requirement:

Will take locals - local rate will apply (less than 75 miles)
MUST HAVE LTC EXPERIENCE
Graduate of a college/university accredited by the American Speech and Hearing Association
with a degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Current NYS license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Eligible for or holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
Excellent communication skills to communicate with patients, medical and house staff. Excellent
assessment skills to make accurate prognosis of patient potential and guide the individual to
achieve that potential.
Proficient with MS Office and Epic\EMR software.
Knowledge of the PDPM reimbursement system
