Beacon Hill is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney for an immediate, full-time temporary opportunity with a well-regarded law firm. This is a remote, contract role expected to last 6 months , with the possibility for extension based on performance and business needs.
This role is ideal for a skilled litigation attorney with 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience , particularly in state and federal court proceedings. The firm is seeking someone who can step in immediately to assist with active litigation matters, including discovery, motion practice, and pre-trial preparation.
Key responsibilities and qualifications:
Assist with ongoing commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts
Conduct pre-trial investigations and factual research
Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Manage discovery, including document review, production, and analysis
Collaborate with internal legal teams to develop litigation strategy
Provide legal analysis and recommendations in active litigation matters
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant commercial litigation experience required
Strong understanding of federal and state court rules and procedures
Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment
Active bar membership and good standing in Pennsylvania required
