About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a Controller to lead financial operations and play a key role in shaping the organization’s financial strategy. This position is responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, controls, and compliance while partnering closely with executive leadership to support long-term profitability, growth, and operational sustainability.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a strategic finance professional with experience operating in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.

This is an in-office role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the organization’s financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide insight on financial performance, risks, and strategic business decisions
  • Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation to support growth and financial stability
  • Manage and develop the finance team while optimizing cost structure, procurement, and financial processes
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements, while mitigating financial and operational risk
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, including pricing, supply chain, new business evaluation, and operational improvement
  • Provide financial leadership for system and process improvements, including ERP optimization and financial technology initiatives
  • Lead a team of accounting and finance direct reports

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting leadership experience
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
  • Experience operating in regulated, operationally complex environments preferred
  • Proven ability to influence executive leadership and partner across functions
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
