Who will you be working for?
This contractor has a rich history in the DC market; with a solid established team you will be joining a company where culture and people are the drivers for success.
With projects valued from $150k up to $10m, you will have the opportunity to work on some large government projects, Leaving your mark on the area!
Their work includes new construction, re-roofing, and service projects, mostly for government clients like libraries, convention centers, and secure data centers. About 60% of their jobs come through general contractors, and 40% are direct contracts.
This is a family-owned contractor, who are always looking to promote their staff. You could be the next operations manager!
What will you be doing?
Overseeing projects from inception to grave, working closely with estimators and sales representatives.
Maintaining quality and safety, ensuring all superintendents, foreman and techs know what is expected from them.
You know your job better than anyone!
What’s needed from you:
· 3 years minimum of commercial roofing management experience
· Pro-active approach to the management of projects & people
· Experience working with large New-con projects
