They concentrate on the Multifamily, Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Federal markets, so a background in any of these is a must.
Due to recent expansion, my Client is looking for a Senior Estimator who has a in-depth knowledge of the Washington DC market. Local regulations knowledge, the ability to build on their Client base through Business Development in the local area, and sub contractor relationships are at the heart of this position.
